Through dance, song, and other cultural events, it's a month-long celebration of joy that provides insight into Polynesian history, culture, and daily living. One of the best events in the world is the Heiva I Bora Bora Festival. There isn't much, if anything, left to help tourists realize how they can take part in and benefit from the culturally enriching experience that comes with seeing a Heiva, except than a brief Calendar of Events.
