WHO and WHAT we are:

We are a locally owned and operated Detroit based business that has been in the same iconic original Modernist style architecture building since 1964. Modernism was "It" throughout the 1950s and the 1960s. Our agents have decades of travel experience and can be reached by phone, email, and in person. We have 24X7X365 live answering service where we can always be reached in person in case of emergency. Our offices are open six days a week for walk in, no appointment needed traffic.

WHO and WHAT we are NOT:

We do not run our business from a foreign offshore tax haven or some rented high rise corporate glass box in some unknown city. Our agents do not read off a call script. We do not take your money and forget about you after the sale is made.

Investing back into OUR community:

For the last several years, we have embarked upon a complete restoration of our building: These restoration projects have utilized ALL locally owned and operated Detroit based construction companies.

* In 2008, we installed a environmentally friendly natural gas heating/air conditioning (HVAC) unit.

* In 2009, we completely refurbished our ground floor and replaced most of our outside signage.

* In 2015, we replaced many of our outside windows and our roof including the entire underneath (deck).

* In 2016, we have replaced our outside asphalt, paint, lighting, and concrete.

Our original Modernist chandelier was rewired, cleaned, and restored to its original mid 1960s look.
