Deposit & Cancellation

30% of the Total Tour Price to Secure your Trip.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to travel.
If trip is cancelled BEFORE Six Weeks of Tour, there is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total tour price.
- Within 6 weeks until 4 weeks 20% of the total invoice
- Within 4 weeks until 2 weeks 70% of the total invoice 
- Within 2 weeks or less no refund is given.
- Refunds take 2-3 weeks to process.
We recommend Travel Insurance for trip cancellation / interruption.
